CPT members Arriva have been commended for helping to make a dream come true for a neurodivergent schoolboy in Milton Keynes, by taking him to his prom by bus free of charge.
16 year-old Zac, has an encyclopedic knowledge of buses and is such a frequent passenger he knows all the drivers on first name terms.
Thanks to driver Fernando Rial, and staff Charlie Costin and Barbara McLaughlin, going the extra mile, Zac’s proms dreams came true and was granted his own special route on prom night. He has now set his sights on becoming a general manager of a depot in the future.
