On Thursday 18 January, the CPT Conference & 50th Anniversary Dinner took place at the Park Plaza London Riverbank.
Bringing the industry together for our 50th year, the CPT Annual Conference looked at big picture, considered the biggest challenges we face across the economy, politics and the perceptions of our industry, and asked how we can respond positively to these.
The programme explored themes including partnership working, customer service, innovation, and more, as well as providing a key opportunity to connect with other bus and coach operators, industry suppliers, key decision makers and influencers.
