CPT’s flagship Ride and Drive event for bus and coach operators is heading to an exciting new venue for 2026.
Taking place on 27 July at Carver Barracks, near Wimbish/Debden, Saffron Walden, Essex, this year's event will offer even greater opportunities for operators to experience the latest vehicles, products and services from across the industry.
As one of the most anticipated events in the bus and coach calendar, Ride and Drive provides a unique opportunity to get behind the wheel and test drive the latest vehicles from leading manufacturers, while networking with operators, suppliers and industry colleagues from across the UK.
Free to attend for CPT members nationwide, the event runs from 2:00pm to 8:30pm and will feature vehicle demonstrations, test drives, networking opportunities. C9, are again sponsoring the Bus Bar, helping to create a relaxed and enjoyable networking atmosphere throughout the event.

Special thanks also go to Sparoh and Stephensons, who will be hosting the popular Driver Test Competition, giving attendees the chance to put their driving skills to the test.
As well as vehicle demonstrations, test drives and networking opportunities, attendees can enjoy a traditional hog roast and refreshments during the evening.
