The event was attended by Charter signatories, parliamentarians and representatives from across the transport sector. It marked an important milestone, but the work to improve safety and confidence on bus and coach services continues.
Through the Charter, CPT and its members will continue working with Government, the police, local authorities, transport authorities and community organisations to ensure that passengers and staff feel safe, supported and confident that incidents will be taken seriously and acted upon.
