CPT are looking for an Operations Manager to join the team and help hundreds of bus and coach operators every year.

Rather than working for a single operator, how would you like to help hundreds of operators every year?
If you are knowledgeable about our sector and are a confident speaker, this could be the role for you. As CPT Operations Manager, you will enjoy the flexibility of being largely home-based but with some travelling as we return to more in-person meetings. A key element of the role involves answering member queries on everything from unusual circumstances for bus registration to operational requirements for countries across Europe. You will provide operational updates at CPT online and in-person meetings and events, and play a vital role in representing the bus and coach industry at a variety of meetings with Government departments & agencies, local authorities, the Police and others. Your role will involve supporting our regional and national managers across the country. Part of a knowledgeable team, you will take a lead in maintaining the CPT Compliance Manual – our acclaimed member resource. You will be flexible in your approach to working hours and travel but will be rewarded with an appropriate package including a company pension scheme.
