Are you passionate about the coach sector but wish you could have more variety in your work?
The Confederation of Passenger Transport (CPT) is the voice of the UK’s bus and coach sector. We represent operators and suppliers of all sizes and support our members through expert advice, policy leadership, and collaborative industry development.
Rather than work for a single operator, how would you like to support hundreds of operators every year and help influence the operating environment for coaches?
As CPT’s Coaching Manager, you will play a key role in supporting and representing the coach sector. Based primarily from home, you’ll respond to a wide range of member queries - from child seatbelt regulations to operational requirements for travel across Europe.
You’ll work closely with external stakeholders to champion the interests of the coach industry, representing CPT members in discussions with major ports and airports, National Highways, local authorities, Border Force, and other key partners. You’ll also provide coach-specific operational updates for CPT meetings and events.
In this role, you’ll be part of a knowledgeable and experienced team, supporting colleagues across Great Britain. You’ll contribute to the upkeep of the CPT Compliance Manual - our acclaimed member resource - and also assist in supporting our bus and supplier members too.
