Bonded Coach Holidays

Bonded Coach Holidays (BCH) is a bonding scheme that enables operator members of CPT to comply with the Package Travel and Linked Travel Arrangements Regulations 2018. The scheme is specifically for operator members and provides other useful benefits such as:

• a travel and tourism helpline with input from The Trading Standards Institute and travel lawyers
• access to an alternative disputes resolution scheme
• brochure audit and advice on compliance

BCH is run by ABTOT, who are the government appointed body, in close association with CPT. It is a bonded scheme which provides benefits both for cashflow and administration.
