Job Advert: CPT Coaching Manager
Are you passionate about the coach sector but wish you could have more variety in your work?
Rather than working for a single operator, how would you like to support hundreds of operators every year and help influence the operating environment for coaches?
If you are knowledgeable about our sector and are a confident speaker, this could be the role for you.
As CPT Coaching Manager, you will be based mainly at home, answering member queries on everything from the wearing of seatbelts by children to operational requirements for countries across Europe. But you will spend a good part of your week engaging with a range of external stakeholders and promoting the interests of the coach industry.
You will provide operational updates for various CPT meetings and events, and represent our members in discussions with TfL, Highways England, local authorities, Border Force and others.
Your role will also involve supporting our regional & national managers across the country. Part of a knowledgeable team, you will also help maintain the CPT Compliance Manual – our acclaimed member resource, and help support bus and supplier members as well.
You will be flexible in your approach to working hours and travel but will be rewarded with an appropriate package including a company pension scheme.
