Use of Bus Lanes on the M90 and M9
The Forth Replacement Crossing (FRC) project will create a managed motorway by using an Intelligent Transport System to help regulate the flow of traffic approaching and crossing the Forth. The Intelligent Transport System will open in phases with phase 1 scheduled for opening on December 4th 2012 and phase 2 in early 2013.

CPT Scotland and Brodies LLP launch legal helpline
The Confederation of Passenger Transport Scotland and Brodies LLP have launched a new legal helpline for all CPT members. The helpline offers 15 minutes of free legal advice on a range of transport-related legal matters, with Brodies offering a 10% discount on their standard rates on all subsequent work.
