CPT's new Regional Manager for the North West, Phillipa Sudlow
Phillipa, whose background is in marketing, sales and partnership development, will take up the newly created post on Monday 1 September, 2008.
Speaking on her appointment, CPT Chief Executive, Simon Posner, said: “Adequate resourcing of CPT’s regional structure is vital to delivering better services to members. Following an approach by members of the North Western Region, a strategy was developed and agreed with our CPT President to employ a full-time Regional Manager on an 18 month pilot study basis. Phillipa has an important role to play in the success of this initiative which will also support the planning of future resourcing of CPT’s regional structure.”
CPT North Western’s Regional Chairman, John Rimmer, continued: “Phillipa brings a wealth of business and marketing experience to the position. We (the North Western Region) look forward to working with her during the next 18 months to facilitate, implement and promote CPT policy within the Region for the benefit of all our members.”
Mr Rimmer also paid tribute to outgoing Regional Manager, Leonard Green: “I would like to thank Leonard for his tremendous efforts on behalf of all members in the North West. He has played a key role in promoting the work of the industry’s trade association as well as offering support and guidance to operators.”
