CPT News Release: Bus operators continuing to deliver for passengers despite “challenging operating conditions”
Research published today by Transport Focus, the independent passenger watchdog, has revealed that almost 9 in 10 (88%) bus passengers were satisfied with the last bus journey they took – maintaining the impressive scores achieved in last year’s survey.
