Bus Users, the charity that works to make bus and coach transport more inclusive & accessible, resolve complaints and improve services, is keen to support the coach sector on accessibility issues.
We have been working with Bus Users to develop a webinar, specifically aimed at coach operators, to explain what is required by law, what is good practice and why it's in an operator's financial interest to improve accessibility.
The webinar will include presentations from Bus Users, DfT and Victoria Garcia from Go Ahead, who has helped deliver a range of accessibility improvements and will outline some potential quick wins.
It will take place on Friday 5 April between 1200 and 1300.
